For small clinics & single-doctor practices in India
Clinic software your front desk will actually use.
Appointments, records, prescriptions and billing that a small clinic can run without an IT person. Simple enough for the desk, careful enough for the doctor, and the follow-ups go out on the patient's WhatsApp by themselves.
Free for small clinics, always. A private link to a complete example clinic, sent to your WhatsApp.

What changes in the first month
Not features. Fewer empty slots, shorter queues, no ₹200 that walked out unbilled.
Every clinic loses money in the same four places. Here is the mechanism that plugs each one — not a promise, a moving part you can see in the demo.
The no-show
A reminder 24 hours and 2 hours before, with a one-tap reschedule. The slot a patient gives up goes to the waiting list automatically — the desk does nothing.
Reminders · waiting list · offers
The crowded morning
Appointments that hold, arrivals marked in one tap, and a doctor running late announced on WhatsApp before anyone is annoyed. Busy clinics can switch on live queue positions; most never need to.
Appointments · arrivals · delay notice
The unbilled consult
The bill is raised from the consultation itself — fee, injection given, dressing used — so nothing depends on the desk remembering. Day-close shows what was collected against what was done.
Bill-from-visit · day-close
The patient who never came back
Follow-ups are set at the prescription and chased on WhatsApp. Refills and vaccines are due-dated. A patient who had a course of sittings is booked for the next one before leaving.

One day, start to finish
It follows the rhythm of an Indian OPD, not a hospital's org chart.
Every screen was built next to a receptionist and a doctor who are not computer people. One obvious next step on each row; nothing hidden behind an icon.

Today's list is already there — booked on WhatsApp and on the phone during the week.

Notes typed or dictated; vitals, history and plan in their places.

Desk keeps taking arrivals and cash. Replays when back.

Tomorrow
24-hour reminders go out. Quiet hours respected.
The front desk
Book in two taps. Everything else can wait.
- Name and mobile, then confirm. Age, sex and reason for visit are asked afterwards, and all of them are optional.
- One mobile, many family members. Grandmother, mother and child on one number, each with their own record.
- A list the desk can read at a glance. Arrived, waiting, in with the doctor, done. Busy clinics can add live queue positions on WhatsApp when they need them.
- Cash that adds up at closing. Part payments, UPI screenshots, day-close reconciliation, stock deducted as it is used.
The doctor's screen
Type it, or say it. It lands in the right boxes.
Complaints, history, examination and plan, with medicines from a search of every Indian brand. Doctors who prefer to talk can dictate the consultation and have it sorted for them. Then the prescription — with a second pair of eyes.
“Teen din se bukhaar, sookhi khaansi, saans phoolna nahi. Sugar ka patient hai, Glycomet le raha hai. Temperature 98.4, chest clear. Paracetamol 650 de do, CBC karwa lo, teen din baad dikhaana.”

For patients
WhatsApp, because that is where they already are.
No app to install, no login to forget. Numbered options, quiet hours respected, one message per event.
- Book, reschedule or cancel by chat
- Reminders the day before and two hours before
- The prescription, as a link — and read out in Hindi if the clinic wants
- Receipt after every payment
- Doctor running late — told in advance
- Refill and vaccination nudges
- Video consult confirmed with fee link
- Lab report fetched on demand
Video consultations happen on a WhatsApp video call — the app owns the booking, the fee before, and the prescription after.
Your records, your rules
One clinic, one database. Built for India's DPDP Act.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act your clinic is the data fiduciary and we are your processor. The design makes the right thing the default — and we say plainly what is still in progress.
- Separate by construction. Your records live in a database file that holds only your clinic. There is no shared table another clinic's query could reach.
- Consent, recorded. Treatment and messaging consent per patient with a timestamp. Patients imported from a spreadsheet start with no messaging consent.
- Who did what, when. Bookings, edits, payments and views leave an audit trail with the staff member's name.
- Yours to take. Your complete database can be handed over as one file at any time. Suspension never deletes anything.
- Honest about what is next. Encryption at rest, hosting in Indian data centres and a formal breach procedure are being completed before the Act's May 2027 deadline. We do not claim a certification, because none exists.
- Read the privacy notice → who we are, what we process, where.
When you grow
A second branch is a second database, not a second headache.
Each branch runs with its own staff, its own timings, its own records — the way their paper files already work. The owner sees every branch's day and month from the head-office login.
- Treatment packages across specialities, one price, paid in parts
- Practice reports by doctor and period, against the last one
- Bring patients in from any Excel or CSV — columns detected from their shape
- Your own domain, with the certificate handled
Why this year
The paper register worked for thirty years. Two things just changed.
Your patients moved to WhatsApp. They book cabs, order groceries and pay bills there. A clinic that still says “call in the morning” is the one place in their day that does not answer. Reminders, tokens and prescriptions on WhatsApp are no longer a luxury; they are what “a good clinic” now means to a 30-year-old parent.
Software for a small clinic finally costs what a small clinic can pay. No server in the back room, no IT person, no setup fee. The Starter plan is free for small clinics — not a trial that expires, free — and the paid plan is one plain monthly price for clinics with several doctors or branches.
Neither of these needs a big hospital's software. They need a small clinic's software that takes the desk seriously.
Compared honestly
Three ways to run a clinic. One is built for yours.
| What matters at the desk | Paper register | Hospital-grade software | 1OPD |
|---|---|---|---|
| A receptionist can use it on day one | Yes | Two weeks of training | three big buttons |
| Booking, reminders, prescriptions on WhatsApp | No | Sometimes, as an add-on | 24 message types built in |
| Keeps working when the internet drops | Yes | No | desk works offline, replays later |
| Prescription checked for duplicate molecules and dose limits | No | In the expensive tier | every prescription |
| Your data in one file you can take away | It is the file | Export on request, if ever | any time, one download |
| Consent, audit trail, DPDP-ready by design | No | Varies | see how, above |
| Price for a single-doctor clinic | ₹0 + the leakage | ₹5,000–15,000 / month + setup | free, always |
What doctors ask us first
Fair questions. Straight answers.
“My receptionist is not a computer person.”
Neither were the ones we built it with. Book a patient: name, mobile, confirm. Three taps. Everything optional is asked afterwards, and the screen only ever shows one obvious next step. If she can use WhatsApp, she can use this.
“What happens when the internet goes?”
The desk keeps working — arrivals, walk-ins, tokens, cash — and replays everything in order when the line is back. A patient who booked online during the outage is merged, not duplicated. The doctor's screen needs a connection; the queue does not.
“I already use Practo / an old software / Excel.”
Bring the export. Columns are recognised from their shape — mobile numbers, dates, names — and you confirm only what it could not tell. Duplicates by mobile and name are merged. Most clinics are running by lunch.
“Is my data safe? Who else can see it?”
Your clinic is on its own database file that holds only your clinic. There is no shared table. Staff have individual logins that expire; every action is logged with a name. You can download the whole file any day. We say plainly what is still being completed — hosting in India and encryption at rest are on the page above.
“What does it cost, really?”
For a small clinic, nothing — the Starter plan is free, always, and so is the onboarding. The Pro plan for multi-doctor and multi-branch clinics is one monthly price with GST included, no setup fee, no contract term. Either way you can leave any month with your database as one file.
“Will it work for my speciality?”
General practice, paediatrics, dental, dermatology, ortho, gynaecology, ENT, eye, physio and more — twenty speciality templates ship with it and every clinic edits its own. Multi-sitting treatments — a root canal, a laser course, physiotherapy — are quoted as one price and paid in parts.
Getting started
Evaluate for as long as you like. Free to start, free to stay small.
- Take your time. The evaluation has no clock on it. Use it with your real patients for a week or a season; decide when you are sure.
- We do the onboarding, free. Your patient list imported, doctors and timings entered, website chosen — on a call, in an hour. Nobody pays for setup.
- Starter is free for small clinics. Always. Not a trial that expires. A single-doctor clinic runs on the Starter plan for nothing; Pro is for clinics with several doctors or branches.
- Leave with your data, any month. No contract term, one file that is yours.
Ask for the demo and we send a private link to a complete example clinic — sample patients, sample staff logins for the desk, the doctor and the owner — on your WhatsApp, usually within a working day.
